My seeds! They must be here somewhere!
Lots and lots of snow here. How nice not to have to go anywhere. I did a little shoveling and took some pictures in the yard.
I need snowshoes to get into the woods! Has anyone tried these new types of snowshoes? How about these from LL Bean.

I've never tried snowshoes - lots of cross country skiing but never the shoes. Good luck!
I was just looking at those snowshoes last month when I was at an LL Bean in New Hampshire. I didn't end up getting them but they are very nice weight and sturdy. This year sure would be a great one to have any type of snow fun equipment. I can't believe how much snow the south and east has gotten while we have yet to have any type of major storm. Go figure. Stay warm and don't shovel too much.
I tried snowshoeing years ago when I was much younger. It is hard work using them. Those snowshoes you posted look like they may work better than those old fashioned ones with the mesh.
I remember when I moved last time how I slaved to get those boxes unpacked so I could put the car in the garage. I was so tired when I moved in that it was hard to do all the unpacking, but when it was done it was such a relief. Snowshoes, that sounds like fun. Let us know if you try them.
