This is created in Photoshop Elements using a background I created and two of my photos- the sunflower and the bird. To finish it, I used a Dry Brush filter.

This is absolutely gorgeous! I need to share your site with my oldest son. He loves playing with his pictures and uses the images to make notecards for his grandmothers.
These are all outstanding! I've looked back through your last few posts and I love these works of art. I don't think I have any programs that do this...but I'm going to look around some more! Very unique! ♥
I haven't visited for a while and glad I did today. Your pictures are very nice. I especially love the sunflower, that would be pretty framed. I need to get back to learning more about photo shop, so much there to take in. Have a good evening Betsy
